Adjunct product to treat infections and to aid healing.

INDICATIONS FOR USE
The Veterinary Product CHLORHEXIDINE 1% has as indications for use:
- Supporting healthy healing of skin wounds;
- Adjuvant in cleaning abscesses;
- Adjunct to the hygiene and treatment of skin infections, such as pyoderma or dermatophytosis, caused by bacterial or fungal pathogens susceptible to chlorhexidine (ex: Staphyloccocus intermedius);
- Adjuvant to healing and prophylactic prevention of umbilical cord infections;
- Adjunct to oral hygiene and topical treatment of gingivitis in dogs and cats;
- Supporting the cleaning and treatment of otitis in dogs and cats;
- Adjunct to topical treatment and prophylactic prevention of candidiasis and upper respiratory tract infections in pigeons;
- Adjunct to the topical treatment of scale or oral infections caused by fungi susceptible to chlorhexidine in reptiles.
